Questions people ask
Can I retake a course I've already completed? Yes! From within your account settings, you can view your course history. A quick "Reset Progress" next to any course will reset your progress in that course. You are also welcome to simply rewatch the videos at any time.
I've purchased the annual plan. Can I get a refund? Absolutely! You have 14 days to cancel your subscription and request a refund from within your account. After that point, your request needs to be made with a support ticket and our team will review it on a case-by-case basic.
I've completed all of the modules and courses in my chosen learning path. What's next? You can look at other available learning paths! You can never have too much knowledge! Keep an eye out though as we may have course updates!
I have an idea for a course module! How can I share it with you? If you have a course module idea or lesson idea and want to send us your idea, you can do so by emailing our creative team at [email protected]! We'll review it! We review every suggestion!
I have a team plan. How do I add more seats? You can purchase additional seats from your subscription page. If you don't want to purchase additional seats, you can also remove current users from seats you've already purchased and re-issue those seats to someone else. Of note, seat changes are pro-rated to your billing cycle.
